BOOKING CONDITIONS

1, Reservations A £60.00 deposit must accompany the booking form & the balance outstanding paid at least 42 days (6 weeks) before you take your holiday, if we do not receive the balance by the due date we reserve the right to re-let your accommodation without notification to you & retain your deposit.

2, Cancellation ( DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCIES ) Should you be unable to take your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances we will attempt to re-let your accommodation and if successful return all monies less the deposit. FOR TOTAL PEACE OF MIND WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU TAKE OUT ADEQUATE CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST OF YOUR HOLIDAY.

3, Arrivals The accommodation will not be available until 4.00PM on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00AM on the day of your departure. Upon your arrival you must take your key release note to reception to obtain your keys.

4, Accommodation All holiday homes are cleaned & checked between each occupancy but please leave the   holiday home & its contents in a clean & tidy condition on your departure. 4.1, Bed Linen All beds must only be used with appropriate bed linen. Bed linen may be provided by yourselves or can be hired from us for a small fee ( Please see the booking form for more information on our hire service ). ANY HOLIDAY HOME AND OR ITS CONTENTS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED OR SOILED UPON YOUR DEPARTURE WILL INCURE A FEE TO REPAIR , CLEAN OR REPLACE.

5, Liability Walkers Caravans nor any person working for or acting on behalf of Walkers Caravans accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any personal injury, illness, loss or damage to property, personal belongings or persons however caused or sustained.

6, Children Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using the club complex, swimming pools or playgrounds.

7, Pets Pets are not allowed on Hoburne Torbay

8, Vehicles Only one vehicle is allowed per caravan during the duration of your stay & allocated parking areas are provided. Commercial Vehicles, Vans, Boats, Jet Skis/Bikes & Trailers are not allowed unless prior written authorisation from the parks General Manager.

9, Overcrowding Should any holiday home contain more persons than stated on the booking form then that party including persons on the booking form will leave the park upon request of Walkers Caravans or any member of the Park Management.

10, Smoking Smoking is not allowed within the clubhouse we also kindly ask that all persons who smoke refrain from smoking within the Holiday Homes.

11 Please-Note We only accept bookings from family groups & couples. NO ALL MALE OR ALL FEMALE PARTIES OR GROUPS OF UNACOMPANIED TEENAGERS ALLOWED.
